2025-2026 AP EXAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Fees and Deadlines:

Regular registration: $99.00 per exam - Due 11/14/2025

Late Registration: $139.00 per exam ($99.00 + $40.00 late fee) after 11/14/2025 

*3/13/2026 for 2nd semester only classes

*NO registration after 3/13/2026 – No Exceptions

Payment for Exams

Fees for AP Exams will be collected through MySchoolBucks.  Fees will be added to each students’ IC account and a MySchoolBucks invoice will be generated.  There will be a fee for each AP course currently enrolled. A late fee of $40, will be added after 11/14.  2nd semester only AP fees (AP US Government and AP Macroeconomics) will be added for the spring semester and will be due 3/13/2026.

Unused/Canceled Exam Policy:

There will be no refunds for unused/canceled exams.

Fee Reduced or Waived Exams:

Students who may qualify for reduced or waived exams fees (due to eligibility for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program) need to see Ms. Schmidt at the finance window to register for AP exams.

Students will be expected to provide their own transportation to and from Mission Hills Church and/or ThunderRidge High School.

AP Digital Portfolio Submission Deadlines AP Computer Science Principles: April 30, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET), is the deadline for students to submit their Create performance task as final.  AP Art and Design: May 8, 2026 (8 p.m. ET), is the deadline for students to submit their 3 portfolio components as final.
