GRADUATION EXPECTATIONS

Dress:

Appropriate clothing is an important factor in maintaining the dignity of the ceremony. Inappropriate dress may jeopardize your participation in the ceremony. Below are examples of recommended attire:

  • dresses 
  • dress pants 
  • low-heeled shoes 

We ask that seniors do not wear the following:

  • Tennis shoes, flip flops, shorts, muscle shirts, t-shirts, etc. 

Behavior:

In order to preserve the dignity of your Graduation Ceremony, please do not bring purses, bags, hats, cell phones or other electronic devices, food or drink (water will be provided), beach balls, noise makers, or any other items that will distract from the dignity of this once-in-a-lifetime event. Seminar teachers and administration will confiscate items that may cause disruption. Failure to comply with expectations may warrant your removal from the ceremony.
